My Name is Khan is the First Movie for which I Cried. The Scene where Shah Rukh Khan Narrates about his Son in a Church in Wilhelmina, Georgia after meeting Mama Jenny and Funny hair Joel brought Tears to my Eyes. Literally. You will Definitely Fall in Love with Shah Rukh Khan. 💖😍

The Vision of 2.0

We watch Movies like Avatar, Transformers, Avengers, The Lord of the Rings made in the West and Feel Overwhelmed by the Grand Scale of Visuals embedded in such Films. When the Indian Audience are used to seeing such Movies on the Big Screen, it is Extremely Difficult for an Indian Filmmaker to step up and give out a film which will be appreciated by the Indian Audience who are well versed with what Hollywood offers. It is SELF CONFIDENCE that drives  Directors like Shankar to make a Science Fiction Action like Enthiran or 2.0 and S.S.Rajamouli to make a Fantasy like Eega or an Epic Historical Action like Baahubali. Shankar and Rajamouli are definitely not the ones with the Biggest Ideas and Visions. But their SELF BELIEF that they can Deliver a Good Experience at the Cinema Theatres is one of the Biggest Reasons for their Success. 2.0 was slated for release during Diwali 2017. Highlights : 1.) Shankar’s Vision and Visual Conceptualisation. 2.) Rajini’s 2.0 Entry in the 2nd Half. 3.) Rajini as Dr.Vaseegaran, Chitti and 3.0. 4.) Akshay Kumar’s Menacing Negative Role in the Pre-Climax and Climax. 5.) Terrific Transformation Scene between Rajini (Dr.Vaseegaran) and Akshay Kumar. 6.) Amy Jackson’s Humour. 7.) Srinivas Mohan’s VFX for the Giant Bird and the Visually Stunning Climax. 8.) Nirav Shah’s 3D Cinematography and Title Credits in 3D. 9.) Resul Pookutty’s Sound Design for the Giant Bird and the Cellphone Movements. 10.) Muthuraj’s Art Direction and Set Production Value. 11.) References to Enthiran (when Chitti 2.0 talks to Dr.Vaseegaran). Could have been Better: 1.) A.R.Rahman’s Background Score. 2.) Screenplay. 3.) Dialogues. 4.) Lip-Sync (Rajini and Amy Jackson mouth their lines in Tamil while Akshay Kumar, Bohra’s son and the Minister mouth in Hindi).
